A Great Product
I bought this machine because I am tired of paying $95 to have my carpets cleaned. This product did as good a job as the man with the $6,000, truck-mounted steam cleaning machine, plus, I didn't have to make an appointment and try to fit into his schedule. The upholstery nozzle and the spot cleaning spray are nice touches. The only downside I see is that the detergent reservoir is a bit small, so it had to be refilled frequently. Not a big deal. After using my BB&B 20% off coupon, this machine will pay for itself in about 2.5 cleanings.

Paid for itself in a short time
Having 3 dachshunds, I'm constantly vacuuming and cleaning my rugs. When the 2 "seniors" of the group started having accidents, I was constantly breaking out the handheld cleaner and then periodically running to the supermarket to rent a carpet cleaning machine. After renting and purchasing all the cleaning fluids, it was at least $50 every time I wanted to steam clean my carpets. I finally decided it was time to purchase my own and after hearing great things about this Bissell, I purchased it. It's so easy to use and my carpets have never looked better. It's easy to maneuver.... it glides back and forth with ease... no hard pushing or pulling. Best of all, when there is an "accident" or spill on the rug, it's so quick and simple to pull out my Bissell and clean the area. My rugs dry quickly too. I can't say enough good things about this machine.
