love it
i bought this thing and cant imagine not having it. i live in an area where it gets really cold in the winter, snow etc.. and its like having a gas grill inside the house. i've cooked just about everything on it. have had a bit of a hard time w/ the heat on the griddle side but love the grill side. i have also started putting it in my oven on broil. it grills and broils the food at the same time really keeps the juices in the food.

just what i needed
This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he loved it. He is hard to please.I looked at several ones and liked this one but was leery because of the reviews.I took a chance on it and I'm quite pleased w/ it. It was perfect and I couldn't believe how cheap it was.I kept reading something about it being warped but don't see anything wrong w/ it.I would recommend this to anyone looking for this kind of product. I believe you get what you pay for, but I got a bonus on this one.

Great
I am always weary with cast iron as it is tough to clean and maintain but this is preseasoned magic, wonderful cooktop for burgers, chicken, pork, lamb, pancakes and just about anything you could think of!

Don't Do It
I registered for this item for my wedding thinking it would be a great thing to have in the kitchen. The SECOND time I used it (which was only for two hotdogs bc my husband wanted them grilled), it CRACKED. It was on my electric stove top on medium heat so I have no idea what caused it to crack. I would advise you to choose a different product.
