I LOVE this breadmaker!!
I love this little machine! Perfect for me as I'm single and it makes about a 1lb loaf and it doesn't take up any space at all. I actually have room to keep it stored in my pantry out of the way. I've made numerous loaves and they've all come out perfect so far. I even made some vegan bread for my mother and those came out soft and great tasting as well. I was really impressed since the ones she makes on her own aren't quite that soft and fluffy.
One tip about freezing bread: freeze it right away after it's completely cooled. I usually slice it and then freeze it in a single layer so they don't stick together; once the slices are frozen then I put them in a freezer bag. You can pull out single slices as you need them. When you thaw it, it'll still have that fresh and soft consistency. Most people freeze bread after they've had the bread a bit when they realize they won't be able to finish the loaf before it goes bad...well you're freezing several day old bread and that's what you'll get when you thaw it.

Cute and powerful mini machine !
This is my second bread maker. My first machine died after 6 months use ! So, I spent time to do a search for reliable machine and finally decided to invest on this mini Zoji. I have no regret to purchase it !
I love this mini bread machine because it's strong, reliable, quiet and small. I keep it in my bedroom. So, when bread is done, my room is entirely full of the smell of freshly-baked bread ! Yummy !
If you're looking for a bread machine for singles or a small family, I would recommend this cute machine. It does not consume very much space. It produces an ideal size loaf (because you can finish before it goes stale) and it has a powerful motor that you can make whole wheat bread without any problems.
