Generally, your Upromise account will show your contribution as pending within 30 to 45 days after your purchase. You can expect your college contribution to move from "pending" to "funded" status within 60-90 days of your purchase.

Simply go to your Upromise account and select 120-Day History.

If you return an item, the purchase price of the returned item is credited to the credit card you used to make the purchase, and the purchase price on which the contribution amount is calculated is reduced by that amount. An adjustment to your college contribution will be posted to your Upromise account within 60 days of the return.
