TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 7, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. ET on April 20, 2008 (the "Entry Period"), visit The Bridal & Gift Registry at participating Bed Bath & Beyond stores or online at http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com to create a Wedding or Commitment Ceremony Registry ("Registry"). Registry creation is free. Each "Registrant" will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. The individual who is the "Registrant" is designated on both the print or electronic form at time of registry creation. When you create a registry you can also opt-in to receive promotional offers and emails. You can opt-out of receiving such offers and emails at any time. "Registrants" with active Registries opened prior to the Entry Period and who have opted to receive promotional offers from Bed Bath & Beyond, will receive an invitation to enter the Sweepstakes via the email address provided at time of registration.
To enter by mail without creating a Registry, handprint your name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth, and phone number (including area code) on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail in a stamped envelope with proper postage affixed to: Bed Bath & Beyond / NCL Bridal Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 111663, Trumbull, CT 06611. Entries must be handwritten and submitted separately by the entrant personally. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household, regardless of method of entry. Entries must be postmarked by April 21, 2008 and received by April 28, 2008. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
DRAWINGS: One (1) potential Grand Prize, one (1) potential First Prize and one (1) potential Second Prize winner will be selected in random drawings following the end of each of the months of February 2008, March 2008 and April 2008, from among all eligible entries received (or, for mail-in entries, postmarked) by the end of each month, except for last month, in which all online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 20, 2008 (or, for mail-in entries, postmarked by April 21, 2008 and received by April 28, 2008). Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency. Non-winning entries from one month's drawing will carry forward into subsequent drawings. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, time permitting and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. If a potential winner is at least 18 but considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Prizes will be awarded in the name of the Registrant (or in the name of the Sweepstakes entrant if such individual is not a Registrant).
PRIZES: THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per drawing): Each Grand Prize consists of two (2) Guest Cruise Tickets redeemable for travel for a Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) Hawaiian Freestyle ® Cruise for two (2) people for seven (7) days, six (6) nights departing from and returning to Honolulu, Hawaii. Ship's Registry: United States of America. Travel may be booked any time after receipt of Guest Cruise Tickets. Cruise travel must be completed by April 30, 2009 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Specific Cruise reservation date availability will be provided at time of booking with NCL. Accommodations consist of one (1) oceanview stateroom, standard double occupancy. Winner will be provided with Guest Cruise Tickets and booking instructions and will be subject to all of the applicable Terms and Conditions contained in the Guest Ticket Contract. Changes in booked travel are subject to NCL's cancellation policy. Failure to comply with all terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize.
In addition to standard amenities offered with the Cruise, including select meals, the Grand Prize will include the following: a special Romantic Package, which may include: canapés delivered to winner's stateroom for one (1) evening; complimentary cake party; one (1) keepsake photograph; one (1) romantic dinner for two (2) in Le Bistro; breakfast in bed on one (1) day of winner's choice; and two (2) twenty five (25) minute Mandara Spa® half-body Seven Seas Massages.
Grand Prize also includes $2,500 in the form of a MasterCard pre-paid gift card for use by winner. Winner may use gift card to purchase air transportation to and from embarkation/disembarkment point. Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. (Approximate Grand Prize Retail Value "ARV": $6,829 each).
All expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the Grand Prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, transportation to and from embarkation/disembarkment point, gratuities, airport transfers, ground transportation, airport parking, and any on board expenses or special shore excursions associated with the trip are the sole responsibility of the winners. Air transportation may be arranged at winner's cost through NCL Air/Sea Program or with a travel service of winner's choice. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner and guest must travel together on the same cruise itinerary and share a stateroom. If winner is under 21 years of age, he/she is considered a minor by NCL and must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a guest 21 years or older who expressly agrees to be responsible for the winner throughout the Cruise. Guest must sign and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or travel vouchers and is not responsible if the Cruise is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason.
