For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table below. (A surcharge also may be applied to select items due to size and weight).
Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Expedited Service is available (excluding APO/FPO addresses where Gift Card-only orders will be shipped via Standard Service) for a flat rate of $5.00. If a Gift Card(s) is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the Gift Card(s) will be waived for Expedited Service.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
We are unable to ship to US Territories and international locations at this time. If you would like to ship to Canada (except for Quebec), please visit www.bedbathandbeyond.ca or call 1-800-GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966).
Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Items Eligible for Free Shipping
Individual products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Item(s) qualify for Free Standard Shipping”. Your shipping amount total will not reflect items that qualify for free shipping. If you select a shipping method other than the free offer method, shipping charges will apply.
Gift Packaging
We offer gift packaging for a nominal fee of $2.99 per order. Larger and/or preboxed, prepackaged items will be placed in a purple paisley plastic gift bag and tied with purple satin ribbon. Items in the manufacturer’s packaging will be wrapped in purple paisley gift wrap paper. Other items will be gift wrapped in a Bed Bath & Beyond signature white and purple gift box with coordinating white and purple paisley toned tissue paper and purple satin ribbon. Please note oversized items cannot be gift-wrapped.

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-800-GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966). Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
