Great product
This cooker is easy to use and works great. The price is very reasonable compared to other similar pressure cookers, and I would highly recommend it.

Make you sure that you test drive this cooker before you decide to keep it. I did several test cooking and the unit works fine. Cook meats like ribs and pork shoulder longer than the user's manual suggested time. Keep it mind that this is a budget cooker and it does the job perfectly. If you have large family and a nice budget, buy a professional pressure cooker!

Fagor Quality control sucks.
The problem with this unit is that it often will not reach pressure and "lock". I bought this unit brand new from my local BB&B and it worked 4 times before it refused to seal and lock. I cleaned the mechanism as explained each time by hand and took very good care of the unit. It ruined dinner one night for us and was promptly tossed out after I rendered it useless so it wouldn't ruin anyone else's meals. Awful, awful product..guess you have to buy the higher end to get something that works.
