Solid cutting board made of hard rock maple will have you cutting like a pro. Board with natural oil finish is reversible. Edge grain board preserves the edge of fine cutlery. NSF approved. 2 1/4" thick. Clean with a synthetic scouring pad using mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly. Do not soak.

Great Product!
We use these blocks in our deli where I work. They are beautiful and quite durable! I love everything about them. They come in many other shapes and sizes than are available through BBAB. It was one of these other shapes that cracked down the grain of the wood. Other than that one problem (that Boos took care of right away!) these cutting boards are amazing!!
