Don't Buy
I got this for a Christmas gift and used it for Christmas Eve to cut a Brisket, all it did was shred the meat. Tried this knife again for a pork loin and it made 2 nice slices then shredded the meat! We took it back - Now we are looking for another, better quality knife. Don't waste your time or money!

HB electric knife
This purchase is a Christmas gift but I have one and it has worked perfectly for years. Sometimes the knives fall out but are easy to put back in.

I had this knife and loved it decided to upgrade to brand "C" for 49.99 and it broke after a few uses. Will go back and get this one.
