Good for cookies
I havent used these for bicuits yet but they have worked great for suger cookie cutters!

Good for basics
This is fine for the price, however I would not recommend using these cutters to cut thick biscuit dough. The curved top will smash your dough down and you will not get fluffy biscuits. I use these frequently for crackers, tarts dough, cookies and parker house rolls, however.

Why get something expensive when the Acme brand works so well. I mean really, how fancy does a biscuit cutter need to be?
