i use this knife everyday. i love this knife especially out of this whole set, the paring and utility knifes are awesome too. Its so easy to handle for slicing,chopping, and dicing. deff recomend this knife for any chef its badass

Oriental Chef's Knife
I have owned this knife for six years now and it is still sharp. It is wonderful for chopping and slicing everything. Probably the best knife I own, of many. Love love love this knife.
