Great shelves
I don't understand the negative reviews. We bought these shelves a year ago for my daughter to use in her college dormitory, and found them to be sturdy and very easy to assemble and dis-assemble. The threads worked perfectly, and the grips that hold the shelves in place worked just fine. After being apart during the summer, we just reassembled the shelves in her new dorm room and found that it was just as easy to put together this year as it was last year.

Looks are Deceiving
My wife brought this shelving home this afternoon. It looks nice, but will not go together. The round plastic things that are supposed to slide down the poles to hold the plastic shelf support clips together are too small in diameter. Actually, these parts are not even mentioned in the directions, but their use is obvious from the photos on the box. Now I know what I am doing on my day off --- taking this back to the store.

favorite storage/utility shelves
When properly set up, this was just the best. Love this a lot and I want to buy another one. Practical and easy to assemble and will not wobble.

Complete Garbage
We put this item on our registry for use in our garage. Each leg is in two pieces and must be screwed together. The threading is awful. The legs are loose and wobbly. There's no way we could use this item to store anything.
