Disappointing
My wife & I received this model as a wedding gift in October 2010. By December, it ceased to produce any water as it seemed like the water pump failed. Keurig sent a replacement which lasted until April 2013, though it's performance was mediocre. I always used filtered water & would descale every three months. After a year, it would brew only the smallest quantity of the three options. I also cleaned the needles with the paperclip as needed, though it did not resolve the issue. Now it is producing 1/4 cup of water regardless of the quantity selected & when the reservoir is removed, the "moat" will fill up with water & overflow. As a last ditch effort I called Keurig to see if there was anything that could be done. Their response was to purchase another reservoir. I fail to understand how the reservoir is the issue since it is not leaking, while the moat is backing up with water, which the representative acknowledged is abnormal. I jumped off the Keurig bandwagon since I use ground coffee & in my opinion, K-cups are too expensive. I'd recommend a French press instead since I've found the result to be superior. It may be less convenient, but I'm willing to deal with that since the French press produces superior taste, is more durable, & cost-effective.

My Dead Keurig
I purchased my Keurig about 3 years ago...always enjoyed the convenience at work so I decided to give it a shot....worked beautifully the first year...then I started having a problems with it when you select your cup size the machine would display brewing but nothing was coming out and then I started having the problem when you select your serving size no matter what serving you chose you would get about 3 teaspoons. Then it would have it good days work like a charm for about 2 weeks straight and then back to the teaspoons...Well now it sitting on the counter in my very tastefully decorated kitchen doing absolutely NOTHING... I'm on the BB &B site trying to shop for another even if with another brand since I have every flavor kcup you could imagine...but all of the other brands have horrible reviews too...I don't know what to do??

Frustrated
I received this machine as a gift from my husband and kept it at our 2nd home so it didn't get used very often. It was less than a year old and I had used it only a few times before I began having issues. The machine would just scroll through the menu over and over and not brew anything. I tried running vinegar through it to see if that would fix it but it didn't . Sometimes I can get it to brew a cup, but it will only brew 10oz cups successfully, so most everything I make is too watery. The 6 and 8 ounce buttons just cause it to scroll through the menu.

Durability
This product does not last -- even with the best of care. I have had two machines in two years and both had problems. Paying so much for the machine and then the K-cups -- it isn't worth the money.
