Avoid -- Like sleeping on a Log!
These pillows are hard as a rock to sleep on. I bought King and could not sleep at all. I have bought other latex pillows from dept stores with no issues. These are the worst. ALSO - THEY SPARK!!! I don't think that generally happens with latex rubber.
Mine are definitely going back.

Finally Found a Good Pillow
I was getting tension headaches almost daily because I could not find a pillow that was comfortable. They were either too flat, flattened quickly, too soft, or too firm; I could never find a comfortable medium ... until my girlfriend got this pillow for me. I've had it for almost a month and it has been a lifesaver. I no longer wake up with tension headaches or neck pain.
This pillow is very comfortable and springs back to it's original shape instantly (unlike memory foam) and it doesn't get hot (like memory foam).
For me, it's not too firm nor too soft. I'm a stomach, back, and side sleeper (I think due in part to the uncomfortable mattress) and this pillow works great regardless of my position.
The only negative about this pillow is the smell when it's first removed from the bag; it takes awhile to get used to. It eventually goes away, but it takes several days.
Aside from the smell, this pillow is one of the greatest gifts I've received. Now all I need is the perfect mattress and I will be golden.

Best Nights of Sleep in 4 Years
I had a latex foam pillow for over 25 years before it finally started to fall apart. My dad had bought the pillow from the Montgomery Ward catalog in 1980, and I inherited it in 1983. I looked everywhere to find another one. JCPenney had one, but it was $65. I didn't buy it but then went back when I didn't have luck elsewhere, and they no longer carried them in the store. I was able to find it on JCP's website, but, at the time, they wanted to charge an additional $15 to have the item shipped to my local JCP! Outrageous.
I was able to find them on Wal-Mart's website (not in the stores) for $40, but, based on the reviews, the quality was very inconsistent, so ordering one blindly was like getting a pig in a poke.
In the meantime, I went through 3 different polyurethane foam or down alternative pillows in 4 years, and all went flat as pancakes. I also tried a memory foam pillow, but it was hard as a rock and gave me terrible headaches -- I returned it within a week.
I recently had several 20%-off coupons for BB&B and happened to check their website for latex foam pillows, and the price was excellent, especially with the coupon! So, I went to BB&B and found one that felt comfortable in the store -- thanks to several reviewers who said to try the pillows in the store due to inconsistencies in the firmness and quality.
I've been sleeping on it for several nights, and it is like a dream. It supports the head while forming a soft cradle around it and feels super comfortable whether I sleep on my back or my side. Based on my previous experience with latex foam pillows, it should last a very long time without going flat. Thank you, BB&B, for giving me the best nights of sleep I've had in 4 years!
