Decent But
So my wife and I bought this set in Sept 12 and one of the pots has started to rust out in the inside to the point there I doubt it would last another 6 months of use.
Now Cuisinart says that it is covered by the lifetime warranty but you have to pay to ship it to them and include a check for shipping so they can ship you the new one back (or if they feel the damage isn't covered to send the old one back).

Great purchase
What a great set of cookware!! I think some of the negative reviews is from people feel they don't need directions on how to take care of cookware...THINK AGAIN...
VERY IMPORTANT... Read the manual before you use this set and follow directions accordingly!! You'll enjoy cooking every time. I know I do!!

Great set
I got this set in 2009 and love it. I'm not a big fan of non stick cookware because of it's sensitivity to heat. I can do everything with this Stainless set, with only a few exceptions- I own one nonstick frying pan to make grilled cheese, eggs, and pancakes. Otherwise everything is done with this set and I'm perfectly happy with it. It's so easy to brown or sear meat. It's study. The glass tops have fallen off the kitchen island, and been thrown across the room onto the hard floor by a 2 year old. No cracks. Read up on the care of stainless steel before committing- you do a little more scrubbing with stainless, than with nonstick. If you want stainless, this is a fantastic, sturdy affordable set.

Not Happy With This Set
I was excited to upgrade my cookware, but after a week of use, the couple of pots/pans I have used look well worn on the inside bottoms and the lids trap water. I always hand wash the pots/pans, and have never put them in the dishwasher. After a week, the rim of the lids will not release the water and it now has a musky smell. Very disappointing.
