Love this pan
I bought this chef pan to replace a non stick pan that finally wore out. I used the chef pan for everything from soup to casseroles and everything inbetween. This is much better than anything "non Stick" I know it will last forever. I love the stainless steel interior and the aluminum core for even heating. The pan feels well made and looks great. I put it in the oven to bake a chicken with rice with saffron dish and it came out perfect.
