Wash Carefully
I am split on this review, because I really loved this product until it was laundered.
I washed with a gentle detergent as suggested & dried on low & still I had huge shrinkage!
I thought after the first wash that I could handle a bit smaller & then it shrunk again with the 2nd & 3rd wash. My queen wool pad was too small to even use on a full size bed! Sadly I have returned the item & really wish that the quality issue could be solved, because it was very soft & natural & lovely, I sleep very hot and this was more comfortable than a feather bed has been for me. Good luck & careful laundering required.
