Waste of money and time
This product is complete junk. Very disappointed because I have bought other Sharper Image products and always had luck. My husband bought me this camera/camcorder and the day I opened it I already had problems with it. The screen froze and I couldn't go back and forth from camcorder to camera applications. I tried to shut it off to reset it and that didn't work. I tried to plug it into my computer to reset it and nothing. I had to wait for the battery to run out and then plugged it into my computer to charge it and reset it. Once I got it running I was even more disappointed because the quality is horrible! It makes all video and photos look like they were taken at night without any light so all pictures are very dark and it takes your picture like 3 seconds after you push the button to capture a picture. I have a baby and trying to capture pictures when she is walking, playing or doing any activity only gives me blurred pictures. The ONLY way you can get a picture on this camera without it being blurred is if whatever or whoever you are trying to take a picture of is completely still. Don't wast your money on this one. Spend an extra $20 and you can get much better quality.

DO NOT PURCHASE
This was the worse electronic product I have ever purchased. It kept messing up and then when I contacted sharper image, I was told that they do not provide tech support for this camera. I will be returning it to the store for a refund.

I HAVE PURCHASED 3 OF THESE AND THEY HAVE ALL FAILED TO WORK PROPERLY. EVEN THE THIRD ONE! WORST BOTHERSOME CHRISTMAS GIFT I EVER RECEIVED!!!
