Sides snag and tear like pantyhose nylons
I gave it a 2-Star rating because the top is waterproof, but the company made the sides out of cheap sheer nylon fabric similar to pantyhose and it snags and tears easily. Be sure to sew up the holes and repair the snags prior to washing, as it just runs and gets larger if you don't. I've done a number of repairs on the sides already and have had it a month. I would not recommend this mattress pad, or any mattress pad if they have this nylon junk for sides.

Useless
This doesn't even deserve to be called a "pad". It's more like just a mattress protector, maybe even just like a sheet. Adds no padding or support.... Basically useless if you are looking for a mattress pad/enhancer.

Nice, but be careful drying
I love the way this mattress pad fits - very smooth and tight. I washed it and put it in the dryer - had to reposition it several times, as it says on the label, and it still got too hot and fused together. Probably my fault for not making sure the dryer temperature was low enough. I'll replace it and be more careful the next time.
