Not very comfy
I have purchased 2 of these pillows. The first about a year ago, I really like that pillow, its 85% down and very comfortable either when I'm sleeping on my side or my back. The second pillow I just purchased a couple of weeks ago and I'm now returning it and ordering a replacement from Pacific Down Co. This second pillow just is NOT the same as the first one I purchased. First off - they have LOWERED THE DWON CONTENT AND REPLACED IT WITH FEATHERS, the down filling is now down to 75%. This really makes a noticable differance in the softness of this pillow, I have found it to be hard and uncomfortable now compared to the first one I purchased. Thinking it might soften up after a couple of weeks I have used it but it has not changed therefore it is going back!

Spews down
I have 4 of these pillows which we thought were great because they are so comfortable. Bad news is that every single one heavily leaks tiny feathers/down causing allergies for everyone in my family but most distressingly for the asthma sufferer in the house. There really is no excuse to put a product on the market that has this serious a defect. It isnt an occasional feather - the entire pillow is coated in the leaked down.

Started off great... a year later ready to swap...
This was a great pillow when I first bought it.. I'm a tall guy, side sleeper, and the support for my head was great in the beginning. A year + later, I find myself sleeping on a fully compressed pillow 10 minutes after laying my head down. It just isn't holding up like I thought it would. $90 for a pillow isn't cheap in my book, but worth it if it will do the job. I'm heading back to BB&B tomorrow to exchange it for something better if they have it. Pillow says 10 year warranty so I may just have to keep exchanging it every year for a new one.

comfypillow
After seaching for months, I think I have finally found the perfect pillow. The firmness is perfect for side sleepers , yet soft too, and has a lot of "spring", so it fluffs up nicely. I was planning to buy more, but I am waiting to see if the "smell" ( sort of a sweaty smell) goes away. I have read that some down pillows have an odor . I am hoping it goes away because I LOVE how these pillows feel. If it does I'd give these a 5 star rating.
