Wonderful
I'm a college student, and, like all freshman, I had to live in a dorm last year. Our mattresses were literally prison mattresses - they had stamps on the bottom and everything. Obviously they were awful, and although my mom and I were hesistant with the investment, we probably saved all of that and more that I would've spent at the chiropractor. I have joint issues in my back, they pop out of place all the time, and I slept better on this than on my mattress at home. I'm honestly baffled by all the negative reviews. Yes, I agree it's a little pricey but I think you need to ask yourself how much you care about reducing back pain and sleepless nights. I also think it goes without saying that when you have a full courseload, sleep is the only relaxation and comfort time you get, so it better be good.
Also, quite a few have complained that the foam is cheap and doesn't fit in its cover. To be fair, I have to man-handle my sheets to get them on bed. It's a fact of life with bedding and you only have to force it in the cover ONCE, not every two weeks. I was thrilled with this cover, even after a year of sleeping on it. I didn't notice the foam flattening out at all, or the fill on top. I did take preventative measures by switching which end was at my head/feet every month or so. But I also think it's worth mentioning that, like in all dorm rooms, my bed doubled as my couch and chair, so whenever I wasn't in class, I was laying or sitting on it. Still no issues.
I've recommended this cover to countless people. I'm seriously considering investing in the queen size now that I'll be getting an apartment because this will fix any cheap mattress - even one from a prison!

Horrible
This monstrosity comes in two pieces which are impossible to put together. We couldn't even get the foam into the cover without folding it. Junk. Foam was dirty and cheap. We are returning this and I will be furious if they give me problems about the shape that it's in. After wrestling it into the cover the box is destroyed and my frustration is at it's maximum.

Topper is useless
The foam is the best part of this mattress topper. The fiberfill on the topper spreads away from your body so that in the morning there is a hill in the middle of the bed and two valleys where my husband and I have slept. I tried removing it and shaking it out to redistribute, but the minute you lie down it goes flat again. This is simply a mattress cover over a piece of foam and, as such, is a pretty expensive investment. Additionally, the bed never looks well made.

worst topper
This topper leaves the worst deep gullys. You have to fluff it every night, which isn't easy to do! You basically dismantle your whole bed then unzip the cover and TRY to shake to redistribute the fiber fill which will flatten within a few hours. The washing instructions say do not attempt to machine wash or dry pad! remove cover and wash the cover seperately! which you can't do! The fiber fill pad is sewn into the cover.
At the bottom of the tag it says do not attempt to wash foam pad just spot clean, so you know their talking about not washing the FIBER FILL PAD in the first sentence. YUK!
