Not an essential piece of baby equipment.
I got suckered into this product when I had my first child. Granted that was nearly 9 years ago, however, In my experience the side was very hard to get up and down. My husband and I struggled with it a few times and then just left it up.
So it essentially became a pack n play with a bassinet level, only smaller than your average pack n play.
Its good in theory but in my case I preferred a more versatile product like a travel size pack n play with the bassinet level. Travel size play yards are cheaper and the child can use them for much longer. This product is only useful for 6 months or less. Now, as a mother of 3, I can see that 150$ for such short usage time is a waste.
