Great Cookware
My wife and I purchased the Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick cookware set back in 2008. After a year or so of heavy use the top nonstick coating started to diminish.
Upset over not being able to cook with the pans, we decided to try the manufacturer warranty. The pans were replaced with no questions asked.
It has now been another year or so, and we found ourselves in the same situation. The top nonstick coating on the pan was gone.
Calphalon, again with no questions asked replaced the pans again for us.
Some of you might be thinking that the quality of the product is poor. However, the pans are excellent! They perform perfectly. My wife and I just wear them out through multiple uses per day.
My wife and I wanted to say thanks for being so easy to deal with, and you now have a customer for life.

Thrilled
I absolutely love my new cookware! It was a great experience from the time I opened the box. I have never ordered anything online that was packaged better. The cookware is beautiful and feels expensive. It cleans well after cooking and during cooking the heat is well distributed. Read the directions and cook on the medium to medium high and you will be very happy with the results. It does a good job on my electric cooktop. Thanks, Calphalon!

My sons and I are very disappointed ..
My sons bought me a beautiful set of Contemporary Nonstick cookware in 2005, and we didn't have the same good luck as the other reviewers. We followed all instructions for use and cleaning, and the finish in all the pans has deteriorated and is coming off to the point where we no longer can use the set. The Calphalon website states that the warranty should cover these defects in material or workmanship, but we've decided that we wouldn't want to take our chances on another set.

Versatile Set
This is the best set of cookware, I have ever owned. It allows me to cook over low heat quickly and efficiently. Sauces come out perfect. Temperature control even, with an electric cook top, is easy to obtain and maintain.
