Don't use Pam!!!
Green Pans are fantastic -- best everyday pan I have ever used. I always cook things like eggs or meat with little fat in it with some type of fat -- butter or olive oil, usually. I learned, however, not to use Pam or other cooking sprays on non-stick pans or else you will detroy the coating! Even a non-stick pan requires butter or bacon fat to cook an egg but do not use cooking spray on these pans or you will ruin them.

Ya gotta know the trick
I purchased this pan months ago and the first time I used it, the egg slid right out. After that, never again. I have tried everything under the sun to get it slippery and non stick and today I finally figured it out.
Give it a good spray with PAM or other pan spray and it makes it very slippery and your egg slides right out, however it is no way a non-stick pan.

Awesome! Best nonstick pan!!!!
I purchased one for me and my friend in N.C. She received her's on Monday tried it right away and called me,and said it was unbelievable. When I used my pan,there was no horrible toxic fumes, like the nonstick top name pan I purchased a month ago. It's a well maded pan. First thing I maded was an, over medium fried egg, and it flipped right out of the pan and no sticking and clean up was nothing. I'm sold on this product.
