very happy
We've had this toaster for 8 years, and it finally stopped working on us. I am looking at getting the same toaster in black as a replacement. Hopefully it will last as long as this one did.

Have to Agree - poor toaster
Have had this toaster approx. 1 year. Within 3 months only toasted in the left two slots - can't keep the bread down on the other side. Doesn't toast evenly and one of the only 2 working slots only toasts on one side. In the market for a new one now and will probably go with the Calphalon which is receiving excellent reviews.

not one problem
We have had this toaster for a year and have had not a single problem. I have 11 grand children and it has certainly been tested by every last one of them. Nothing has come off and it makes the best toast, english muffins and bagles. Oh and my husband says it does a great job on his pop tarts. I would recommend this to anyone I know without fear of it falling apart on them.

Toaster gone wild
My kids call this toaster just plain crazy (no offense) .....it's possessed ......It has a mind of it's own, and it's embarrassing annoying how sometimes everything burns it's not even on for thirty forty seconds and the food comes out black even on low settings.......I'm going to try to return it and get the kitchen aid toaster....I listen to reviews a lot because these are people who feel they must comment on it and let others know ahead a time
