Best Blanket
I read the reviews for this blanket and was very hesitant about buying it. I washed it and ran it through the dryer several times to remove the lint. Now that I have it on the bed, I just love it. It is the perfect weight and so comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Should have read the reviews
I washed the 2 blankets I bought before putting them on the beds.......not much left of them and lint knee deep on floor, in washer and in dryer :(

Horrible Lint
I purchased the Berkshire Blanket, Egyptian Cotton Blanket in brown for my daughter and after washing this blanket 5 times now just to get rid of the lint, it is hopeless and a waste of time. It will be going back to the store. The lint is everywhere, sheets, comforter, pajamas, her hair, everywhere!

Good news - Bad News
First the good news - BB&B are the absolute best about returning products that you are not happy about. When I purchased this blanket, my husband and i loved it! We live in Florida and this was perfect for sleeping in the A/C and for our mild winter weather. The bad news - I washed it! The blanket virtually died - the fibers that came off went all over the place including our sheets and pj's and my lint filter. Such a disappointment - I had no receipt, no original pac king and when I took it back to BB & B, they didn't even hesitate about giving me credit and I found another blanket I like much better! Kudos to Bed Bath & Beyond for their excellent customer service.
