I'm going back to Eureka
My boyfriend and I both bought this vacuum thinking it would be great for pet hair pick up. WRONG! The suction is horrible. The battery doesn't last long and the brush stopped spinning quickly. I had a Eureka forever until the handle broke and it was way cheaper. I just ordered a new Eureka since this more expensive stick vacuum was horrible. Hoping Bed Bath and Beyond will let me return it.

Not worth it
Pros: Cordless, like the rotating brush option, 2-in-one versatility
Cons: Very poor battery life, poor suction, rubber "fingers" on the hand-vac make it very difficult to use and don't seem to pick up pet hair any better than a regular vacuum. Not worth the money- brought it back.

I like this vac
After reading the reviews I'm puzzled with the either love it or hate it comments. I have had this vac for about 2 months and l really like it. ( I don't have animals). I have used it on my travertine floors and even on the patio and it has picked up everything I've needed it to. I love how easily I can remove the hand vac for non-floor pickups. Like the time I dumped a bag of long grain rice in the bottom of my freezer!! I haven’t had any trouble with the charge. I also like the idea of just having the cord with the charger going right into the wall instead of taking up floor space with the charging stand. I'm thinking of giving this as a Christmas gift.

Awful
I was looking for something to do a quick pick up on my hardwood floors instead of pulling out the big sweeper for it. It worked great the first time I used it. It worked about half as well the second time I used it. THEN the third time I went to use it, there was no charge. I thought well maybe it didn't get plugged in all the way so I put it back on the charger.....NOPE. Won't hold a charge! I picked up a no name brand corded stick vac for $10 and it puts this stick vac to shame, even when it worked right the first time. Don't waste your money!
