Quality AND service
I ordered extra bread and butter plates after receiving a full service for 12. The first order contained a significant number of dinner plates with defects in the border. It took three tries, but Mikasa did send me replacements without any hassle. It pays to check each piece. Although to receive defective pieces (twice) was very dissappointing, I was satisfied they replaced them until I was satisfied. The pattern is beautiful and I have received many positive comments, especially that with such a lovely pattern, they will withstand being put in the diswasher. My Thanksgiving table looked gorgeous.
