Fell apart
Purchased and the 1st day of use the stainless steel shower hose came apart. Trying to find the company on the internet to complain to them, but have been unable to do so.

Great Price, Great Product
Bought the Rain Spa by price point, even after reading some of the reviews. I removed the flow restrictor from the base of the handle which eliminated the leakage in the hose. It also gave a stronger spray. I like the eight settings, although I don't use the shut off much. When I do, the hose doesn't leak either. Since I cannot stand to take a shower, I use a seat, and found a suction holder to attach the head lower on the wall. I believe I go it direct from Rain Spa. Regardless, this is great value for the money. You don't need to spend more.

Horrible
I've purchased 2 of these shower heads and they BOTH started spraying water everywhere from the hose after only a few months. I thought the first one was just defective but then the 2nd one did the same thing! I'm going to purchase a better one.

Buying a second one
I purchased this shower head for my master bath over a year ago. It has worked great and now that I need to purchase a new shower head for the other bathroom in the house, I wanted one that I knew I could count on. The settings all work great on this, it doesn't leak, the cord is long enough to even wash my dog in the shower, and the handle is great--doesn't get hot even when you're running super hot water through it. For the price, this is a great bargain. I anticipate it working for years to come. Very happy with it.
