Perfect!
I have had this for years and would like another one for my cinnamon. I use it now to grind fresh nutmeg. It holds the whole nutmeg in the base, so it's available whenever you need it. The grind is perfectly sized for any use. I just love it!

What a differance a grate makes
I can't tell you how often I use this, my wife did not like nutmeg until I started grating it fresh now I use it in a lot of my baking, and the storage housing keeps things right there so I don't have to look all over my pantry I love it.
