This product looked great and stayed in place....for about 7-8 months...then began to rust...alot. So, initially it looked great and if you need a tension rod and dont mind replacing it in 7 - 8 months go for it.

Does the job
When I first received this from my bridal shower they spring was broken and we had to replace it. I went with the same rod and have had it for the past year and a half. It did take the paint off of the wall but overall I like the product.

Great for my purpose!
Did not buy this for a shower curtain but rather for a curtan rod. I have a sunroom with all large windows on three sides. Could not find a curtain tension rod so invested in this product. It is beautiful! You can't tell it is a curtain rod. Maybe they should market this as a curtain rod!

Poorly made
When I purchased this about 6months ago I had to buy one of those plastic covers to place over the bar the the hooks would glide smoothly over it. And now the ends are starting to rust
