well engineered
This organizer can be reconfigured in so many ways. It was easily adaptable each time I moved to a different kitchen. It is so sturdy, I anticipate using it for many years to come.

Bad design
I bought this at the store. I liked the look and design until I got it home and put all the silverware in it. The silverware slides around. The wires don't come all the way down to keep the forks, spoons, and knives in their place. Taking it back......
