This beautiful cookware has a polished exterior and thick commercial grade copper and stainless steel interior that provides very rapid and uniform heat conduction. The durable interior is corrosion resistant and easy to clean, with no retinning required. The cast iron handles are fixed by sturdy stainless steel rivets and provide comfort and control in your hand. M'heritage 250c 2.5 mm thick cookware is oven and broiler safe to 500° F. Limited lifetime warranty. Hand wash.
