Best Ever
These socks are great for dry feet and rough heels. The only reason I gave them a 4 is because they do require gentle handling in the wash. I use the delicate cycle and let them air dry. I have several pair -- enough to get me from one wash day to the next. They are the only product I have found that actually work. I use 100% shea butter on my heals with great results. And I hardly notice I'm wearing "socks" in bed. Though the picture is white they have only been available in teal, not that it matters to me.

Good Idea
I don't know if these socks will do all what they are advertised to do, but I do know I can now put gooey lotion on my feet, slip these on, and be sure the lotion will stay on my heels, instead of on my socks. The gel on the interior holds in moisture and lets the lotion do its job. I'll be buying a couple more pair. I live in the high desert and anything that gives me an edge over the dryness is worth it! I would have given them a 5 rating, except they require special care in washing, which is a pain,but worth it.
