i had to returned the first one because the pressure of the pump was so poor that the water did not dispense!! returned for a replacement because i thought i bought a lemon! i was so disappointed when the water from the spout came out sideways into the unit itself. pressure from the pump was still weak!! two defective units? i don't think so! just a bad product!!

Very disappointed
We are big coffee drinkers and have found that this airpot does not keep the coffee hot very long. Certainly not 8 hours as advertised. Perhaps 2-3 hours or less.
Even when we preheat it with boiling water, it still does not keep it hot very long. Extremely disappointed with the purchase.

This Airpot is Terrific
I just purchased this airpot for my sons soccer team. I used it during a fundraiser and it kept the coffee extremely hot with every cup I served. I did pre heat the pot and it works fabulously! I like it because it's hold a large amount before having to refill. I'm ordering another one today! Thanks.

AWESOME Pumpmaster!
I purchased this pumpmaster to keep cocoa hot during my garage sale. It kept it piping hot during the eight hours and beyond. Absolutely love it! It will come in handy for many other events. Would definitely recommend to others.
