Needs Adjusted
Although the concept is exceptionally good, the quality of the product is lacking. I ordered this as a gift and it came broken.The stand itself needs to be more sturdy. The return/replacement was exemplary and the 2nd one arrived in a very timely fashion for the party. Unfortunately this one was also non functional. Again it was the base itself. We declined a third one. Would recommend looking at other possibilities or not buying online for this particular item.

very disappointing
I was really disappointed in this product. It was poorly made, looked cheap and just didnt look like something I would want on my dining room table. the plastic serving dishes were awful looking.

Great Spacesaver
I have had this for about 4 years now. When I purchased it, I received 4 inserts - 2 with dual compartments and 2 single trays. I have needed both on various occasions so I'm very happy about the extra. It is a great spacesaver when serving buffet style. The rack/assembly is very stable and looks easy to assemble. It's not flimsy like some others. The set still looks like new. This is a very well made item - I highly recommend it.
