Start with easy noodles!
We heard that the basic recipe that comes with the book isn't the best, so we used our own. They were delicious, however, don't start with raviolis! It was a disaster from start to finish, and after rolling out the dough, we ended up making the raviolis themselves by hand. We made a little spaghetti with the leftovers, and that was WAY easier. It took us HOURS, and we ended up ordering pizza so we could feed the four kids before 9pm. Hopefully we'll get better with practice.

Happy with this produce
This product works well. The only problem was that one of the cleaning brushes that was included with the product was broken when received.

So Much Fun
I love the pasta maker attachment. I don't have a lot of counter space, so i didn't make pasta as much as i would have like. I also couldn't roll it at thin as i would have like. Once i got the hang of these pasta attachments, it makes so many different kinds of pasta. It's fun experimenting with different flavored noodles. I also used the lasagna attachment to make perogies. Awesome.
