My first ceramic knife
I have only top-of-the-line cutlery that I maintain and coddle. My Shun razor sharp utility knife cuts tomatoes beautifully, so I was surprised that a friend suggested that a serrated ceramic would be even better. Using a BBB discount coupon would take some of the sting out of being disappointed with this Kyocera. But...my friend was right. This feather-light wonder cuts tomatoes into the thinnest slices I have ever seen, let alone done myself... and effortlessly. I'm a fan. I'd give it five stars if they had a piece of metal in the handle so that it could join my other knives on the magnet strips.
