Perfect purchase
This sorter works perfectly! There are only two of us in the house and it provides ample room to sort whites/darks/towels/hand wash. It only took about half hour to assemble. Just make sure you push down hard on the wheels so they lock in (I saw this on another review - thank you!). The bags are tilted so they only fit on the rack in one direction - once I noticed this, the bags sat on the rack correctly. The bag size works fine for the two of us.

Not worth it
Love the four bags for sorting, but the plastic frame isn't quite sturdy enough to handle how much it's supposed to hold.. The whole frame leans to one side, no matter how often I push the frame parts back together, no matter how empy it is.
Also, if your unit abuts a wall, your walls will get scratched because of how the bags' metal hooks hang on the frame. My chocolate brown painted walls are now scratched.

Leaning Tower of Laundry
I received this laundry sorter for my bridal shower last year. I LOVED it because it makes doing laundry so easy. We moved it one time when we rearranged our room after having the sorter for about 4 months and one of the plastic connectors cracked. I used duct tape to help hold it together hoping the rest of the connectors would stay in tact, but over the past few months it has started to lean to one side and more of the connectors are cracking. It has almost a whole roll of tape on it now and it looks like it is ready to fall over. I would not buy another one of these. The plastic makes it cheap and falls apart easily.

Quad is Better!
I have had this laundry sorter for 5 months now and have no complaints. It is a little difficult to put together, but once you get the pieces in the right place and push them far enough into the connectors, it's fine. I have not had any pieces break or bend. I did put the wheels on, and keep it in my bedroom. It is much sturdier than other laundry sorters I have purchased. Also, one of the few quad sorters I have been able to find.
