I have made several purchases of Bodum products recently. The common theme seems to be very intelligent design and craftsmanship. These mugs are beautiful in their simplicity. The glass is flawless, and extremely delicate. If they get away from you, well, you can always buy more. I wash them by hand and, yeah, I keep one finger in the handle at all times. I plan on adding more of the line to my kitchen. I'm sold.
