10" Omelet Pan
Over my 40 years of cooking I have owned many different non-stick pans. Non-stick is not an accurate description of most of them. This is truly a non-stick pan! When one can cook eggs and have absolutely NO residue afterwards, it's nothing short of miraculous. This one pan is the workhorse of my kitchen. If you buy no other piece of Calphalon, make sure you buy this one. I have never written a review on any other product. This one deserves every single word!

Love it
Absolutely love it!
I was Tired of my non-stick T-fall not working as I would like it to, so I decided to go for the Calphalon; This pan is great. Eggs are cooked perfectly and do not stick at all, the pancakes come out beautiful and again, do not stick at all. I am so happy with this product that I will continue buying Calphalon products in the future.

A very good pan at a reasonable price
I bought this pan after looking for an extended period of time for a replacement for my previous cheap but serviceable omelette pan. I expected high quality, but my expectations were surpassed.
Omelette pans are characterized by the rounded corners where the flat bottom transitions to the sloping sides. This makes sliding the omelette out of the pan much easier and with the more sharply cornered saute and frying pans. The Calphalon pan has perfectly rounded corners that make the finished slide onto the plate without any damage at all.
I found the 10" size to be perfect not just for omemlettes, but just about any other frying jobs I have. It's not too big, and not too small. The heavy gauge construction is impossible to warp in normal use and heat is distributed very evenly across the bottom of the pan. This is important with the older conventional electric range that I use. Lesser pans will heat more where they contact the uneven burner surface, but with the Calphalon, any differences are unnoticeable.
The glass cover is durable and has a rock solid handle that stays relatively cool when cooking. Also, the pan handle stays cool, but has the solid feel that you get with a cast iron pan.
Being "Simply Calphalon", this pan has no fancy finish. Just the no-nonsense, get-the-job-done sensibility of hard anodized aluminum. I find there is beauty in good engineering and honest construction.
Finally, food simply will not stick to it. Period. A non-stick surface that actually delivers on its promise. And so far there is no evidence of any scratching or abrasion on the pan.
This is altogether the good, tough, usable, abusable pan I was looking for, whether it be for making a breakfast omelette, or frying up a late night buffalo burger. I heartily recommend it.
