Better than I expected
I modified the legs to fit on regular stoves in our house and Coleman portable stoves with my milling machine then it perfectly fit on them otherwise it may not be great on them. If you have abilities to modify metal, this would be perfect. Meats does not stick on this plate at all and I do not worry about strong fire because it seems to strong though it really may not require so much heat. While I am cooking with strong fire on one side, heat up slowly on the other side, too. You could use it for many purpose such as in oven, outdoor grills, open fire, etc.
