I bought two of these pillows but the fabric cover is cheap and sounds crunchy. I am returning them. I gave three stars because the pillow itself seems to be comfortable. We just can't get past the noise.

Great pillow
This is a very comfortable cozy pillow. I prefer soft down and without an artificial support because I can shape it as needed to sleep on my side or back. Stiffer pillows hurt the neck as your head is at an unnatural angle. This is a great pillow. People not used to down may need time to adjust. Same with a comforter.

Jumbo White Down Pillow not as expected
I purchased this pillow in the store. The reason being it was described as white down and the feathers inside felt softer than some other pilllows. This pillow is very soft and crunchable to the point you can crunch it into the size of a meduim size water mellon. It has no support and when you lay down your head touches the top of the mattress. The description states there is 550 down fill but I dont' see or feel this count of fill at all. Maybe if two of these pillows were put together it would be a suportive pillow but otherwise for the price 29 bucks I would not buy it again. I am going to return it to the store.

Jumbo Down Pillow
I could not be happier with my new Jumbo Down Pillow! My order arrived quickly and I was very pleased as soon as I unpacked it; this pillow is sooo full and comfortable...alot of quality for such a low price! I highly recommend this item and will definately be buying more of them!
