Fantastic Rice Cooker
I bought this pan specifically to cook rice in. It is perfect! I have cooked up to 3 cups (raw) rice in it so far, and it is deep enough to keep it from boiling over if your heat is a little to high. The non-stick surface is wonderful. Even if you let the rice stay on the burner a little too long (which I have done) it just lightly browns the bottom BUT STILL DOESN'T STICK to the bottom of the pan. Cleanup takes all of 30 seconds to wipe the pan out with a soapy cloth. I absolutely LOVE this pan!
