Great towels I had purchased a couple of these towels at Big Lots a few months ago after having had dozens of cheap towels pass through my kitchen. I purchased them because they seemed thick, attractive, and treated with an 'antimicrobial' (I absolutely HATE when towels smell mildewy and gross!). They ended up being the BEST towels I've ever had. Even after many washes they've held up well and stay fresh (within reason of course). I'm putting a few of each color I like on my wedding registry! Towels These towels are holding up quite well after multiple washes, but I find they are not very absorbent. I hand wash some dishes and prefer to dry them with paper towels. The towels are good looking and get the job done, they are just not as absorbent as I would like. January 9, 2012

Great Towels! We received quite a few of these for our November, 2011 wedding and have been using them constantly since we don't have a dishwasher. They wash very well (without wrinkling at the edges) and will absorb a lot of water before needing to be hung up to dry. They also really do stay fresh quite a long time before needing a wash. Excellent buy! December 14, 2011
