Not crinkly. Quiet, soft & fits well.
I bought this for my daughter who still has occasional "accidents". It is very soft and doesn't have that nasty "crinkly" sound that reminds you what lies beneath. I originally bought two so I could replace one while the other got washed but returned it due to cost. It is a bit pricy but otherwise works as advertised.
