Too Small
This product was bought sight unseen. Had an in-store only coupon and the Southave store only stocked ONE fryer ... which wasn't the kind I wanted. Store rep said I could use coupon and she would order online and have it delivered to my home. UPS left it on front porch while I was gone and strong winds blew it a half-acre away. FINALLY found it and was SO disappointed when I opened the box. Fryer basket and tub only big enough for one SMALL serving of french fries or maybe 3 fish sticks. Too small to be of any use!

It Actually Works!
To my surprise this fryer works. I was able to cook fries and thick pieces of grouper (fish) in just a couple minutes of frying time. This is a small fryer made for cooking in small batches, but I did load the basket with fries and this fryer had no problems in producing crispy fries in minutes. Easy to clean and great price. It's a winner!
