Durable and weighty beech wood construction and a sturdy base prevent highchair from tipping. The seat stands 20" from the floor while the armrest dowel hovers 7" over the seat for security. There's a 9" high seatback with a broad wooden slat that helps your child sit upright, and a 3-point safety strap system to secure your child with a lap belt that threads through the crouch restraint. The non-toxic finish smoothes the wood surface to prevent splitters, and the subtly rounded corners decrease the risk of injuries. Simply wipe down the highchair to clean. Some assembly required.
