I didn't have this long enough to give it one 1 star. I only kept it for a week and only tried to use it twice. It would not juice green leafy vegetables at all, like spinach, which is what I wanted/needed it to do. It was difficult to clean and what I disliked the most was that I had to cut everything up VERY small. The entire juicing process took 15+ minutes. My Vitamix blender takes 6 minutes including washing and clean up. I gave up on juicing but am ready to try again and am looking for a juicer to handle my needs, I won't be trying this one again...

Great Investment
I have been juice fasting for over a week now, and my old juicer just wasn't cutting it. This was an expensive purchase for my family, and I even felt a bit guilty about it at checkout (I price matched from my cell phone and got $35 off). As soon as I got home, I kicked it in gear and got off to a great start. I have been juicing with it for two days. It does both kale and berries equally well. It is extremely easy to clean and makes the most fantastic juice ever! It is so quiet, you almost can't even hear it. I have been juicing and saving the dry fruit and veggie bits for muffins and veggie burgers. Love this thing!!!

after 6 months
If I had reviewed this 4-5 months ago, I would have rated it 5 stars, however, as with any product I want to give it a good amount of use prior to reviewing it.
Pros: upright, quite, masticating type, little to no foam in juice, fast set up. I suppose it would handle spinach, but I prefer to make my juice, add the juice to my awesome Blentec Blender and toss in handful or more of spinach.
The containers are short enough / spout high enough to easily catch the juice (don't take this for granted, some spouts are so low a cup or bowl barely fits under it). fast set up
cons: moist pulp, poorly screens pulp (with both size screens), pulp shoot jams every time I use it now (with both fibrous and pulpy fruit), - at first I thought it was easy to clean, but the longer I have it, the more difficult it is becoming (more later). It leaks too, the juice drips / and leaks a bit around the yellow circle seal that the black grinder thing sits on.
I use this daily, but never longer than the 30 minutes limit the manufacture recommends.
On cleaning: the self cleaning screen is helpful and the toothbrushy cleaning tool helps a lot. However, my pulp shoot frequently jams and I must use a popsicle stick or other blunt instrument to un jam it. The silicone seals are great in theory, but beet juice gets underneath it quite often and actually leaks to the underside of the container. . About once a week I remove the silicon "wipers" and pull out fibers of celery etc from them.
even with the cleanest machine, the pulp backs up inside and the fruit/veggies just kind of sit on top of the black grinding thing. I alternate between hard and soft foods to continue to push it down but no avail.
bottom line - ok for citrus if you follow up with a carrot. better for 2-3 times a week juicing. It's so far the best I've owned but I'm a bit disappointed with it.
I recommend it only b/c it is better than others I've tried.

BEST Juicer I've EVER owned!!!
I've owned a couple juicers & THIS one is BY FAR THE BEST! VERY EASY to set up & use...just as easy to clean up. It even comes w/it's own 'toothbrush' to clean :)
This is worth EVERY cent & comes w/a GREAT warranty. This gives you maximum juice w/no separation & the pulp is very dry (this machine gets every ounce of juice from fruits/veggies). It also runs VERY quietly!
