Best tea maker
I didn't buy this machine originally. I went to the store to buy the Breville, but when I got there the Cuisinart was so much cheaper than the Breville, so I bought it. I was initially pleased with my Cuisinart until the electronics went out. But I was never in love with the tea I drank from the machine. I always wondered if I made the right decision, so when the electronics went out on the Cuisinart I knew I would spend the extra money on the Breville. Well you get what you pay for!
The Breville makes a great cup of tea! It makes tea the right way. The Breville bring the water to temperature and then steeps the tea. (The Cuisinart would continue to boil the herbal tea while steeping.). The tea tastes SO much better with the Breville.
The Breville allows you to "set it and forget it". Where with the Cuisinart you have to walk it through all of the steps.
Also, the 60 minute stay warm feature is so much better than a 30 minute stay warm cycle. It was really hard to drink so much tea in 30 minutes.
I wish there were no plastic parts on the Breville. That is my only complaint so far. I don't want BPA or other chemicals in my tea. The Cuisinart has plastic as well.
I'm also excited about setting up my tea at night and waking up to a great cup of tea in the morning.
The return at policy at Bed Bath and Beyond is terrific. I really appreciated that when I upgraded my tea maker. I will continue to shop here first because of pricing and great customer service

Breville Tea Maker is Really Good
I really like the tea kettle. It is so much safer than an iron kettle and using it on the cooktop. It will automatically steep tea at the correct temperature and the amount of time. It also has a keep warm for 60 minutes feature.

Great Tea Maker
Purchased this tea maker for our loose leaf tea. Has a assortment of preset buttons for all types of teas. Also you can choose a custom setting. Just add the loose tea push a button and the Breville goes to work. No problems with anything. Nice looking tea maker.

Perfect for my needs
I love various types of tea but have been frustrated with the number of steps, variances in temperatures required and time it takes to prepare. This tea kettle brews perfect time every time and keeps it warm. Takes all the guess work out of preparing the different types of tea and allows time adjustments to suit taste. Be aware the tea will stain the basket and pot, but it does not affect performance. Delighted with this purchase.
